In the United States, TUUN does not sell any physical test kits. You can upload genetic data or blood marker results you already have, but we do not offer testing services in the United States.
HealthKit data sync and your historical data viewing work offline. AI chat and daily agent summaries require an internet connection.
Your data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). HealthKit data is processed only within the app and our secure servers — it is never used for advertising or marketing, and never sold or rented to third parties. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
When you use AI chat features, we send your message text and relevant health metrics as context to Anthropic's Claude API. We do not send: your name, user ID, email address, phone number, precise location, or contacts. AI-processed data is deleted within 30 days.
Go to iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → TUUN, and toggle off any data types you no longer want TUUN to access.
You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions.
All subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. TUUN does not have the ability to issue refunds for In-App Purchases.
TUUN's AI chat is powered by Anthropic's Claude. It reviews your recent health metrics (with your permission) and provides personalized, science-backed guidance on sleep, movement, nutrition, and recovery. AI responses are not medical advice.
Every morning, TUUN reviews the past 24 hours of your health data and generates a short summary of what to focus on today. This is available to Plus and Pro subscribers.
Yes. TUUN supports SNP-based raw genotype files from services like 23andMe. Upload is optional and requires explicit informed consent. Your genetic data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared. You can delete it at any time.
